Ronald P. Heim, Sr., 89, Green Bay, died Saturday, Nov. 25, 2017. He was born April 11, 1928 in Green Bay to Robert and Loretta (Dantinne) Heim.   On September 1, 1951, he married Jacqueline Kommer. Ron proudly served in Germany with the U.S. Army during the time of the Korean War. He retired after 37 years of service to Krueger International as a welder. After retirement he worked with his son, Ron, at Truck Equipment Inc. Ron will be remembered for his crazy jokes and dry sense of humor.

He is survived by his daughter, Debra Murray; his son, Ron (Wendy) Heim, Jr.; grandchildren, Nicole (Bill) Bondar, Rebecca (Jon) Brecklin, Jennifer (Brandon) Monger; great-grandchildren, Marleigh Petras, Coleman (Jennelle) Petras, William Bondar, Jr., Ryleigh Bondar, Braxton Bishop, Beaudy Bondar, Brayden Frisque, Micah Brecklin, Ascher Brecklin, Drie Monger; son-in-law, Michael Murray; sister, Dorothy Benoit; brother-in-law, Robert (Jan) Kommer.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Jacqueline (Kommer) Heim; his parents, Robert and Loretta Heim; his step-father, Arthur Habeck; a sister, Patty Heim; two brothers, Robert Heim and Donald Heim.

Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday. The Funeral Service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Ronald's name to benefit unity Hospice.
