William G. Paulson, 80, Arlington, Va., passed away on Monday, Jan. 1, 2007.
He was born in Green Bay, on March 30, 1926, the son of William J. and Mary (Hoell) Paulson.
Bill was a graduate of Green Bay East High School and served his country in the U.S. Air Force during World War II. He received a degree in engineering from UW-Madison. Bill worked his entire career for the Defense Department. Bill was an avid sportsman and conversationalist. He enjoyed reminiscing over his hunting memories and many hours spent at the family cottage in Green Bay.
He is survived by a sister in-law, Margaret Paulson, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jim and sister-in-law, June Paulson, and his brother, Jerome Paulson.
Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, l521 Shawano Ave., from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
