They spent almost every weekend up north at Hilltop Resort. Wally enjoyed driving the golfcart, small-game hunting, and fishing. He had a strong bond with his boys and shared his love of fishing with them and brought them hunting in the fall. He enjoyed picking blackberries and gathering mushrooms with Donna. Wally loved to travel and made many trips to Canada and almost all 50 states. He enjoyed watching baseball and basketball and was an avid Brewers fan. Wally was a dedicated, husband, father, grandfather, and a man of strong faith. He was a devout Catholic who rarely missed Mass.
