Trevor J. Murphy, 47, Sobieski, died unexpectedly Tuesday, April 5, 2016. He was born on October 13, 1968, in Green Bay to Gary and Sandy (Dantoin) Murphy.

Trevor graduated from West De Pere High School, Class of 1986. He married his high school sweetheart, Bobbi Jo Jakubenas, on October 12, 1990. At the age of 15, Trevor started working for his dad in the family business, Murphy Septic Service, and in 2008 he bought the business. Trevor loved people and would strike up a conversation with anyone he met. He loved being outside, walking in the woods, hunting, fishing, and taking care of his apple trees. Family always came first. Trevor would help anyone. He was a member of SS. Edward & Isidore Parish.

Trevor is survived by his wife, Bobbi Jo; his children, Dalton, Emily, and Kendra; parents, Gary and Sandy Murphy; sister, Racquel Murphy; brother, Cameron Murphy; nieces, Paige Murphy, Jennifer, Jessica, and Jacklyn Belongia, Kim and Ashlee Jakubenas; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Eugene and Verna Jakubenas; sisters-in-law, Julie (Sonny) Belongia, Lisa Jakubenas; and many friends and extended family.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; cousin, Shawn Clapper; and his uncle, Ed Kelsey.

Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday. A Parish Wake will be held at 7 p.m. Friday. Friends may also call at SS. Edward & Isidore Catholic Church, 3667 Flintville Rd., from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church with Rev. David Hoffman officiating.
