Tracy R. Folts, 54, Oconto Falls, passed away Tuesday, September 3, 2024. She was born January 29, 1970, in Green Bay to Tom and Cathy (Jendrusiak) Kozlowski.

Tracy married her high school sweetheart, Jeff. Their family grew to include three children: Falicia, Cory, and Thomas. She enjoyed spending time with her family and loved them immensely. The greatest joy to her life was the addition of their grandchildren; Tracy's heart knew no limit when it came to those girls. She will be sorely missed.

She is survived by her husband, Jeff; daughter, Falicia (Steven) Brabant; son, Thomas Folts; grandchildren, Everleigh, Alaina, Abigail; father, Tom Kozlowski; sister, Trisha Kozlowski.

Tracy was preceded in death by her son, Cory; mother, Cathy; brother, John Kozlowski; in-laws, Bonnie Van Veghel and Otto Folts.

The family will be receiving guests to comfort one another and honor Tracy's life, this will be held at the family home, from 12pm to 3pm on 14th, September 2024.
