Thomas "Tom" L. Dominiczak, 63, Suamico, passed away Monday, July 22, 2024. He was born April 22, 1961, in Green Bay to Lawrence and Celine (Mroczynski) Dominiczak.
Tom graduated from Bay Port High School and continued his education at NWTC. He started his career as a pattern maker and later became the owner/operator of Olson Pattern. Later the C.A. Lawton Company acquired Olson Pattern, but Tom remained employed there as the Pattern Shop and Quality Manager. On August 22, 1987, he married Cindy Groh. She preceded Tom in death on October 14, 2016. Tom was an avid outdoorsman and loved hunting, fishing, trapping, and all other outdoor sports. He was proud to have made a few trips to Alaska to hunt and fish. Tom spent time traveling and going deep sea fishing. He was happiest spending time talking smart with his brothers and playing Friday night pool or muskie fishing.
He is survived by his son, Andrew (Jennifer) Anderson and their children, Christian, Kade, Beckett, Charley; significant other Patty and her son, Bradlee; brothers, Mike (Sue) Dominiczak, Larry (Lisa) Dominiczak, Doug (Mary) Dominiczak; nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Carrie, Tyler, Daniel, Sara (Tristan), Trevor; other relatives, and friends.
Tom was preceded in death by his wife, Cindy; parents, Lawrence and Celine; Patty's son, Mitch.
Friends and family will gather in the chapel of Green Bay Community Church, 600 Cardinal Ln #6731., from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, July 29; Funeral Service to follow at 4 p.m. To send online condolences, please go to www.BlaneyFuneralHome.com.
Tom's family wishes to extend a special thank you to the wonderful staff at St. Vincent's ICU as well as his care team at both St. Mary's and Froedtert hospitals and all of those who have offered their thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in memory of Tom to help children that are affected with cancer go on hunting and fishing excursions.
