Thomas "Tom" Jacquart, 69, Bellevue, passed away Tuesday, July 22, 2025. He was born November 13, 1955, in Sheboygan, WI to James Joseph and Theresa (Schmit) Jacquart.

Tom graduated from Sheboygan South High School, Class of 1973. He earned a college degree from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Lubar College of Business in 1988 and worked for many years in IT including for Saks Incorporated and Fiserv. Tom lived in Milwaukee until his retirement when he moved to the Green Bay area. He loved to visit his cabin in Marinette County and enjoyed spending time with his family hunting, camping, fishing, and bird watching. Tom loved spending time in nature and enjoyed the quiet solitude. He was fiercely independent and never married. Tom never had children of his own but loved his nieces and nephews as if they were his own.

He is survived by his siblings, Michael (Shelley) Jacquart, Cross Plains, WI; Cathy Rusch, Green Bay, WI; Ellen Jacquart and her husband, Hank Huffman, Ellettsville, IN; Steve Jacquart, Milwaukee, WI; and Patty (John) Snyder, New Berlin, WI; numerous wonderful nieces and nephews; other relatives, and friends.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents, James and Theresa; brother, James, Jr.; sister, Mary Ann (Mark) Schuman; brother-in-law, John Rusch; and sister-in-law, Larri Sue Jacquart.
