Thomas Ludwig Folsom, Jr., 94, Green Bay, passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2026. He was born on August 28, 1931 in Northeast Minneapolis to Bernice and Thomas L. Folsom, Sr.

Tom was a graduate of Edison High School. He served in the US Navy during the Korean War with the Construction Bureau. On September 13, 1952 he married Randi D. Stageberg. She had preceded him in death on October 27, 2018.

Tom followed in his father's footsteps and was a painter. He was known for his keen color matching eye and truly enjoyed the camaraderie of the painting crew. Tom and Randi enjoyed entertaining their family and friends at their cottage on Bay Lake in Northern Minnesota. He truly enjoyed any time spent outdoors. In winter he would love to go cross-country skiing and summers were spent fishing. When Tom retired, they moved to the Green Bay area to be closer to their family. Retirement also gave Tom and Randi more time to enjoy time traveling.

Tom is survived by his son, Scott (Sandy) Folsom; two granddaughters, Hanna and Katie; brother-in-law, Douglas Stageberg; nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Randi; his parents, Bernice and Tom, Sr.; two sons, Ricky and Nicky Folsom; sister, Karen Folsom; in-laws, Niles "Swede" (Marcy) Stageberg, Janet "Punky" (Ken) Otte, Donna (Leo) Kimmes, Sherry Stageberg.
