Theresa "Tess" Joan McCarville, 90, Green Bay, Wisconsin, passed away Sunday, July 20, 2025. She was born May 16, 1935, in Green Bay to John and Philomene (Kohlbeck) Salmon.

Tess graduated from St. Joseph's Academy and went on to earn an associates degree from NWTC. She was employed by the City of Green Bay working for WPS in administration. Tess had a love of learning and continued her education by participating in Learning in Retirement. She was a woman of strong faith and a member of St. Jude Parish for over 50 years and sung for many years in the church choir. Tess loved to go on ski trips with her family and was an avid Packer fan. She was adored and will be greatly missed by her entire family.

She is survived by her children, Christine (Perry) Van Laanen, Mike (Beccie) McCarville, Colleen (Mark) Blondell, Tom McCarville, Gregg (Denise) McCarville; grandchildren, Rachel (Mike) Schmitz, Kelly Van Laanen, Matthew Van Laanen, Melissa McCarville, Zachary Blondell, Austin Blondell, Brett (Dani) McCarville; sister, Rita (Jim) Oudenhoven; several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Tess was preceded in death by her parents, John and Philomene Salmon; siblings, Leo (Marion) Salmon, Ed (Marcella) Salmon, George (Mary) Salmon, Jim Salmon, Robert Salmon, Richard and Nancy Salmon, Marge (Carl) Slaby, Geraldine (Buck) Garot, Audrey (Ken) Repitz, Mary (Ken) Tomcheck, Tom Salmon; father of her children, Richard McCarville.
