Terrence "TJ" Joseph Zaffke, 70, Green Bay, passed away with family by his side on Friday, April 25, 2025. He was born December 30, 1954, in Milwaukee to Harold and Mary (Hurm) Zaffke.

TJ began his schooling in Milwaukee and was a graduate of Pulaski High School. He married Theresa Polasik on November 5, 1988, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Pine Grove.  TJ worked as a farmer until he moved to Green Bay. He then began working for Provimi Foods as a meat trimmer for 28 years. Later TJ worked for Festival Foods in the meat department and helped to set up the newest Cabela's store in Green Bay and worked until his retirement. He enjoyed reading, camping, and gardening. TJ loved to travel and took road trips across the U.S. and made trips to Germany, Mexico, and Jamaica.

He is survived by his wife, Theresa; daughter, Melanie Polasik; grandchildren, Jasmine (Joshua) Lenz, Naimah Polasik; great-grandsons, Theo and Toby Lenz; siblings, Gary T. (Linda) Zaffke, Geri (Steve) Long, Karen Jakubowski; sibling-in-law, Pat (Connie) Polasik; nieces and nephews, Jason (Becky) Zaffke, Jamie (Joy) Zaffke, Kimberly Long, Arthur Long, Robert Long; other relatives, and friends.

TJ was preceded in death by his father, Harold Zaffke; mother, Mary Jakubowski; stepfather, Ralph Jakubowski; siblings, Christine Zaffke, and Lawrence Zaffke.

Friends and family will gather at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 1; Prayer Service to follow at 7 p.m. The visitation will continue at Shrine of the Good Shepherd Chapel, 2770 Bay Settlement Rd., from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Friday, May 2; Funeral Service to follow at 11 a.m.  Entombment will be at Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum.
