Sylvia Leona (Peters) Schultz, 98, Green Bay, died Tuesday, September 26, 2023. She was born October 9, 1924, in De Pere to Edward and Leona (Merckx) Peters. She married Lee Schultz on March 27, 1948.

She had been employed by the Green Bay Board of Education in food service at Lombardi, and at St Mary's Hospital. Sylvia also belonged to the St. Jude's Women's Club.

Sylvia is survived by seven children, Mary and Tom Hooker (FL), James and Gayle Schultz (Georgia), Carol and Tom Kelsey (Sobieski), Tom Schultz (De Pere), Judy and Mike Seibert (Green Bay), Joseph and Julie Schultz (Green Bay), and Jane Cadieux (Crystal Falls, MI); and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee (1967); her parents, Edward and Leona Peters; three brothers, Francis Peters, Edward Stammer, and William Stammer; sister, Carol (Earl) Beaupre; her son-in-law, Mark Cadieux; daughter-in-law, Debbie Schultz.
