Suzette 'Suzy' Marie Staeven, 75, Green Bay, passed away at home, peacefully with her family by her side Saturday, February 7, 2026. She was born May 9, 1950, in Green Bay to James and Marion (Luedtke) Noll.
Suzette was a Green Bay native who went to St. Joseph Elementary, later graduating from St. Josephs Academy in 1968. She met the love of her life Dennis Staeven and on February 16, 1974, they married at Annunciation Catholic Church. In her free time, she enjoyed collecting antiques, going to Door County, traveling, crafting, and tending to her plants and flowers. She was a member of the Women's Club and the Bunco group. Suzette worked at Prange's, and The Raddison for over 20 years before retiring from Younkers. On her and Dennis's 40th wedding anniversary they took a trip to Hawaii. There was nothing Suzette loved more than her grandchildren. She adored being a grandma, and they adored grandma right back; they were her whole world.
She is survived by her husband, Dennis; children, Charles 'Chuck' (Samantha) Staeven, Andrew 'Andy' (Jenny) Staeven, Dennis (Erin) Staeven; grandchildren, Dorian, Gillian, Jacob, Josephine, Dennis, Isabella, Alexandria, Kylene; siblings, Michael (Kathy) Noll, William (Pamela) Noll, Cynthia Gilson, Debra Noll; siblings-in-law, Timm Staeven, Lorna (Scott) Hopkins; nieces and nephews, as well as many other relatives and friends.
Suzette was preceded in death by her parents; parents-in-law, Harold and Isabelle Staeven; brothers-in-law, Donald Staeven, Clifford Staeven, Jerry Staeven; lifelong friend, Kiara Smits.
Friends and family will gather at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, February 18; Memorial Service to follow at 6 p.m.. To send online condolences, please go to www.BlaneyFuneralHome.com.
