Scott John Schneider passed away July 17, 2022, at age 72. Scott was born at St. Mary's Hospital in Green Bay on July 27, 1949. He was the oldest of four sons born to John and Joyce (Holznecht) Schneider. He graduated from Premontre High School in 1967 and attended college at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Scott married Claudia Lison on November 19, 1988. The couple enjoyed over 30 years of marriage.
Scott worked for the Chicago and North Western Railroad for 23 years before transitioning to a career in real estate. He worked as a realtor for The Skogg Company and later Coldwell Banker. He eventually started Packerland Appraisal, which he successfully owned and operated since 2005.
Scott was a masterful storyteller and always enjoyed making those around him laugh. He was a life-long Packer fan having attended the Ice Bowl in 1967 and countless more games over the years. He was also a devoted Milwaukee Brewers fan. In his free time, Scott enjoyed gatherings with friends and family, lunches with business colleagues, and the satisfaction of achieving the lowest possible grocery store bill that coupons would allow.
Scott is survived by his wife Claudia; stepdaughter Jessica, stepson James; former wife Barbara and their son Jeffrey (Cassandra); brothers Mark, Brian (Debbie), and Gregg (Lisa); brother-in-law Nick Lison (Kathryn Killoran); sisters-in-law Stacey (Tom) Klimek, Leah (Bob) Block, Angie (Steve) Jack, Chris Rosera, and Merry Lison; step grandchildren Kacey, Masen, Madison, and Jaxon; granddaughter Emery; 14 nieces and nephews; and his trusty companion Oliver. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Joyce; and brothers-in-law Paul Rosera, Matt Lison, and R. Scott Lison.
