Rosemary Elizabeth Campbell, 82, passed peacefully from this life into the arms of her friend, Jesus, on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. She was born on March 4, 1943, to G. Edward and Yvonne Corrigan. A 1961 graduate of Green Bay West High School, Rosemary was actively involved in many music activities. She participated in numerous stage productions and continued to share her beautiful voice throughout her entire life. Later, she returned to St. Norbert College to earn a Bachelor of Music, followed by a Master of Arts in Music focusing on Liturgy and Music Composition from St. Joseph's College in Rensselaer, Indiana.

Rosemary married William Dee Campbell on November 7, 1964. They had 53 wonderful years together and were blessed with two children, Natalie and Tom, and Natalie's children, Sean and Vicky.

Rosemary was a published composer of liturgical music and she worked for many years as a liturgist at both St. Bernard and Elizabeth Ann Seton Churches. In this capacity she facilitated the worship life of the parish community by coordinating and providing quality liturgical experiences, and fostering the spiritual growth of the community.

She was a talented quilter whose hands stitched love into every fabric she touched. Rosemary's beautifully crafted quilts and handmade creations brought warmth and joy to family and friends, leaving behind a legacy of artistry and care. She will be deeply missed, but her love lives on in every cherished piece she shared.

Family was most important to Rosemary. Her husband, children, grandchildren, brothers, George and Mike, sister, Connie, and nieces and nephews were especially loved. Rosemary was a true light in the lives of everyone who had the joy of knowing her. With a quick wit and a warm heart, she had a rare gift for making people laugh, even in the hardest of times. Her friendships were deep and enduring, built on kindness, loyalty, and an unwavering willingness to lend a hand whenever it was needed. No matter how busy life became, she had a way of making everyone feel like they were her priority, offering comfort, encouragement, and joy to all who crossed her path. Her presence was a blessing, and her memory will be cherished forever.

Rosemary was preceded in death by her husband, Bill, parents, Yvonne and G. Edward Corrigan, Sr.; brothers, George Corrigan and Michael Corrigan; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, William J. and Alyce Campbell; and brothers-in-law, Daniel Helland, David A. Campbell, and Robert Ploeckelmann.

Survivors include her children, Natalie Campbell and Tom Campbell; grandchildren, Sean and Victoria Deakin; and her sister, Connie Helland. Rosemary is also survived by her sisters-in-law, Ann Corrigan, Susan Ploeckelmann, and Judy (Ken) Mineau, as well as brother-in-law, James (Sandra) Campbell.
