Ronald Paul "Ron" Brzozowski, 76, Oconto, passed away Saturday, December 7, 2024. He was born February 3, 1948, in Pulaski, the only son of Paul and Mary (Mroczkowski) Brzozowski.
Ron grew up on a farm in Hofa Park, WI. He had a passion in life being a dairy farmer and caring for his animals. He loved to drive his tractors and deeply valued the connections with his neighbors in his farming community. He would often give the shirt off his back to help others with planting or taking off crops every year. He graduated from Pulaski High School and was part of the Class of '66. Ron loved to garden vegetables, especially his favorite snap peas. He also had a love of planting trees of different varieties to see the different colors come fall. He enjoyed going to farmer's markets, and church picnics especially for the booyah. He enjoyed traveling with his partner in crime Joan and going to the casino, sometimes just for the great food, and attending a local fair.
He is survived by his significant other, Joan Lemons and her daughter Rebecca (Mason) Latta; Children, Jon (Christina) Brzozowski, Maria Kiel (Dave Elias), Angela (Ryan Copa) Brzozowski, Michael Brzozowski; grandchildren, Alyssa (Taylor Laurence), Olivia, Owen, Stella, Brianna, Ava, Isabella, Savannah, Alexa; and his sisters, Gerri Green, and Jane (Gary) LaCount.
Ronald was preceded in death by his parents Paul and Mary; sisters, Mary Ann Kaczrowski and Sylvia (Eugene) Golonka; brother-in-law, Roger Green.
Friends and family will gather at Shrine of The Good Shepherd Mausoleum, from 9:30am to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 21; Service to follow at 11:00 a.m. To send online condolences, please go to www.BlaneyFuneralHome.com. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Ron's name.
Ron's family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Care Partners Assisted Living in Oconto as well as Dr. Clayton Keene for their sincere, compassionate care given to Ron.
