Robert S. "Bob" Stachura, 79, Suamico, passed away on Friday, July 7, 2023. The son of the late Stanley and Sophie (Ostrenga) Stachura was born on August 2, 1943.

Bob was a graduate of Green Bay East High School, Class of '62. On September 5, 1964 he married the former Rita Reyment at St. Benedict Catholic Church in Suamico.

Bob worked for Milwaukee Railroad as a Switchman for over 20 years. He also was a greenskeeper at Sandalwood Golf Course in Abrams, and drove truck for 5-Star Trucking before his retirement in 2009.

In his younger years, Bob enjoyed flying in the airplane that he and his father co-owned. He enjoyed fishing, and he kept a yearly tradition with Rita to go trout fishing on opening day of the season. He also enjoyed golfing when he could and had a gift for deer hunting. He was affectionately known as "One-Shot Bob".

Bob is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Rita; children, Ray (Diane) Stachura, Robin Stachura, and Ron (fiancée Rebecca) Stachura; grandchildren, Zach (fiancée Jessica), and Patricia; great grandchildren, Anthony and Oliver; as well as other relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his in-laws; as well as his brothers-in-law, Richard Reyment and Roger Reyment.
