Richard "Rick" J. Holtz, 70, Green Bay, passed away Saturday, November 22, 2025. He was born October 9, 1955, in Green Bay to Joseph and Blanche (Francois) Holtz.

Rick graduated from West High School, Class of 1975. He married Karen Ohlson on June 24, 1995 in Green Bay. Rick was a longtime employee of Lindquist Machines. He enjoyed watching and playing a wide variety of sports. Rick shot pool, threw darts, bowled, and was the homerun king of his softball league for many years. Through softball he met and made many friends. He was an avid Packer, Badger, Brewer, Buck, and all-around Wisconsin team fan. Rick especially enjoyed watching college basketball. He also enjoyed playing golf with his sons and his best friend, Chico. He loved to make people laugh and smile and was known as a jokester and occasional prankster.

He is survived by his wife, Karen; children, Corey (Carmen) Holtz, Shanon (Holly) Holtz, Amy (Carey) Leemon; grandchildren, Cassidy, Alexus, Kalissa, Jonathan, Cameron, Roux, Chloe, Jade; great-grandchildren, Jace, Harper, Hudson, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Rick was preceded in death by his parents, parents-in-law, and his siblings.
