Today we say we will see you later, we will spend our days thinking of all the great times we had together, the smiles, the laughs, the love that was felt. Raeanna always brought warmth and love to the room, she was the one everyone wanted around because her heart was always so focused on her friends. The love this mother, daughter, sister and friend put into the world will never be diminished as she left a mark on everyone she came across. Her smile could light up a room and make everyone feel loved. Raeanna has left behind too many people to list, and all were important to her. Many people will have Raeanna in their memories and their hearts. She will be missed and her memories will always be cherished by those she left on this earth including her father Frank Jakubiec, mom Holly Marquette, brother and best friend Timothy (TJ) Jakubiec, brother Cullen Jakubiec, sisters Alvina Long, Amanda Hofer, Auntie Frances Huempfner, Auntie Evelyn Ramos, Uncle Louis Jakubiec, Uncle Arthur Jakubiec, Mike Cintron, and countless cousins, nieces, nephews and friends Raeanna would say were all her family. She was, is, and always will be the person that makes others feel they are loved and will always love her. She has given us a blessing in the form of a little girl who is already following in her mother's footsteps by continuing to bring smiles and love to all those around her. Her smile lets everyone know that her mom's spirit continues through her. Raeanna's proudest moment was bringing Anastazia into this world. She loved her little girl "Stazi", and her little girl loved her as you could see in the way she looked at Raeanna and hear it in her giggles and the sounds she made playing with her mom. We will continue bringing in the love to her little girl by always being sure she knows who her mom is. Raeanna will never be gone as she always lives through us.
