Phyllis Mary Reignier, 87, Green Bay, passed away Monday, September 8, 2025. She was born March 4, 1938, in Green Bay to Henry and Emma (Elhert) Gagnon.

Phyllis was a longtime server at Bay Family Restaurant and Kroll's West. She had an adventurous spirit and was always up for visiting amusement and water parks. She especially enjoyed riding go carts and her trips to Disneyworld. Phyllis took bus trips with her sisters and many times they went shopping looking for a good deal. Family and friends knew they could always call on Phyllis to help. She loved spending time with her longtime partner, Lee and her family. Phyllis had a special talent for spoiling all the grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Patricia (Allen) LaBrosse, Bernard (Cheryl) Reignier, Laurie Jobelius, Dan (Peggy) Reignier; 19 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, 15 great-great-grandchildren, one great-great-great-granddaughter; sister, Jeanette Steeno; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her partner, Lee Noack; parents, Henry and Emma; grandson, Jeremie Reignier; siblings, John, Dorothy, Helen, Joyce, Allen, Lois, Robert, Donald; as well as sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
