Patricia "Pat" A. Jacobs, 80, Green Bay, passed away Thursday, November 5, 2026. She was born August 22, 1946, in Shawano, WI to James and Marge (Parker) Knope.

Pat was always a hard worker. She retired the day before her 80th birthday. Pat loved family gatherings, especially for birthdays and holidays. She also loved to hear family updates no matter how big or small. Her family filled her heart with so much joy and happiness. Pat married Earl Jacobs and together they had three children. Sadly, Earl passed away at the young age of 35. Then on May 15, 2002, she married Dennis A. Caggiano, in Green Bay. He preceded her in death in 2011. Pat was a lucky woman to have had two men in her life that took such great care of her; but she was always such a wonderful, loveable, and great person that it isn't surprising. Pat was dedicated to her family and passed on to each of them some of her spicy, feisty, and a little bit sassy personality and spirit. Time spent with Pat was always filled with food and laughter. She was a fantastic cook and loved food. Her stomach must have been almost as big as her heart because as a small lady she could really eat and put it away. Pat was a lifelong Brewer and Packer fan. She loved dogs and always had a canine friend. Pat will be missed but will be remembered for her spitfire personality that continues on through her family.

She is survived by her children, Todd, Tracey (Bob), Jason, Amy Schneiter; grandchildren, Cassie, Nicholas, Shawn (Ashley), Shannah, Stephanie (Jeff), Steven, Christopher (Alexis); great-grandchildren, Dakota, Lillie, Kyleigh, Quinlyn, Leanna, Jason, Landon, Zoey, Charlie, Juliana, Scarlett, Mila, Memphis; siblings, Kim (Theresa) Knope, Debbie Knope; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Pat was preceded in death by her first husband, Earl; second husband, Dennis; granddaughter, Nikole Nelson; grandson, Joshua Packer Jacobs; parents, and two brothers, and one sister.

Friends and family will gather at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., from 1pm to 3pm on Wednesday, November 11; Service to follow at 3pm. Burial will be in Arlington Park Cemetery - Greenfield, WI. To send online condolences, please go to www.BlaneyFuneralHome.com.
