Noreen F. Belonge Cummings, 58, Green Bay, passed away Monday, November 25, 2024. She was born June 5, 1966, in Escanaba, MI to Norman Francis and Shirley Ann (Hartwig) Coulliard.

Noreen enjoyed a variety of crafts and had a special talent for crocheting, macrame, and sewing. She loved to make gifts for her family and made many blankets and slippers. Noreen was an avid Packer fan. She loved her dogs and birds and appreciated all animals. Noreen always has an open door for anyone that needed help.

She is survived by her significant other, Randal Ward; children, Crystal Traverson, Johnathon Traverson, Randall Cummings; Randal's children, Renetta Detaege, Rita Comins, Buddy Ward; halfsiblings, Lenny, Leon, Linda; uncle, George Hartwig; the entire Ward family, other relatives, and friends.

Noreen was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Shirley; brother, Charlie; infant brother, Tubby.
