Music was her life. Marion played piano and began singing at the age of 5 and trained with the famed Lucille Meusel. Singing became a lifelong passion. Marion continued to sing in the Green Bay community chorus' as they evolved with different directors over the years, the earliest under director Russ Widoe. During the later part of her life, she joined the Chantelles and sang with them for many enjoyable years.
Marion was employed in the offices of Procter and Gamble for over 20 years. She enjoyed camping, square dancing with the Whirlaways and traveling, spending winter months in Florida, Arizona, and Texas. She was also a volunteer at Unity Hospice for over 25 years. She had a compassionate nature wanting to help those needing end of life care.
Marion kept a strong faith in our Lord who sustained her throughout her life. She will be extremely missed by all those whose lives she has touched. Marion had a special bond with her sister Carole.
