Mario Christopher Robertson, 30, Green Bay, passed away on Thursday, February 22, 2024. Mario was born in Chicago, Illinois on May 7, 1993 to Christopher Perfecto and Pamela Robertson.
Mario grew up in Chicago. He graduated from Truman Alternative School and then attended NWTC in Green Bay studying auto mechanics. He enjoyed working with his hands, which made his passion for auto mechanics grow. He also loved to play basketball and travel.
His greatest joy was being a doting Dad to his two boys, Elijah and Micco. He enjoys spending time with them and simply watching them grow. He was also a proud dog lover to his pup and ultimate best friend, Koda.
Mario was an only child and was raised by a single mother. Family was a big deal to Mario. He made it a point to spend time with his family in Chicago, and in Green Bay. Being an only child, he was very close with many of his aunts, uncles and especially his cousins. He was especially proud of his Native American heritage, as a member of the Sisseton Wahpeton Tribe. Sometimes he even hysterically referred to himself as the Indian Jesus, due to his long, dark hair. He was the most loving son, nephew and cousin. He had a very big heart, always down to Earth and easy going.
He is survived by his two sons, Elijah C. Robertson, Micco J. Robertson; the mother of his children, Hannah Thibodeau; his mom, Pam; his dad, Christopher; his aunt/God Mother, Norma Robertson; his cousin/God Father, Robert Metzger; his grandma, Bernice Patenoude; members of his family in Green Bay, the Bernal Family; and member of his family in Chicago, the Robertson, Bernal, Canning and Patenoude/Dunfee Families.
Mario was preceded in death by his cousin, Josh Dunfee; aunts, Joann (Richard) Metzger, Dara Granados, Lori DeMarrias; an uncle, Terrance Patenoude; his grandma, Katherine DeMarrias; and his grandpa, Robert Patenoude Sr.
