Lynda Marie Belleau, 87, Green Bay, passed away Sunday, July 26, 2026. She was born on December 23, 1938 in New Lisbon, WI to Herman and Evelyn (Lawrence) Hanover.  

Lynda graduated from East High School in Green Bay and received her Associate's Degree in Accounting from NWTC. She used her degree and skills as head bookkeeper at the Brown County Clerk of Courts before retiring in 1994. 

On February 27, 1960 Lynda married David Paul Belleau at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Green Bay, WI. Together the couple had six children.  

Lynda was an avid reader, who loved nothing more than settling into her favorite chair with a good book and a cup of coffee. She was a loving wife, mom, grandma and sister. She lived a life of dignity, grace and kindness and will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. 

She is survived by her husband, David Paul Belleau; her children, Christy Belleau, Laurie Belleau, Jeff (Jeremiah) Belleau, Jason (Becky) Belleau; one granddaughter, Chloe Belleau; her sisters, Saundra (Doug) Fulwiler and Judy (Al) Czerniewski; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  

Lynda was preceded in death by her parents, Herman Earnest Hanover and Evelyn Grace (Lawrence) Hanover; twin sons, Matthew Paul and Mark David Belleau; and her sisters, Jan Marvil, Joyce Ciha. 

A Memorial Fund has been established to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Unity Hospice in De Pere, 2366 Oak Ridge Circle, on behalf of Lynda.
