Lorraine Mary Lardinois, 95, Green Bay, passed away Tuesday, October 14, 2025. She was born January 19, 1930, in Green Bay to Philip and Mabel (Christens) DeBot.
In her early years, Lorraine worked for Montgomery-Ward. She met Merlin "Jack" John Lardinois at a school dance, and they were married on April 15, 1950. Together they celebrated 73 years of marriage. He preceded her in death in August of 2023. Lorraine was a dedicated wife, mother, and a wonderful stay at home mom. Lorraine was a lifelong Catholic with deep faith.
She is survived by her sons, Randy Lardinois, Dan (Lori) Lardinois; daughter, Sandy (Gene) Marcusen; grandchildren, Alexis (Lars) Zimmer, Taylor Lardinois, Tanner Lardinois, Zoe Novoselatz, Abigail Novoselatz, Crystal (Zachary) Crofoot, Kara Marcusen, Rachel (Spencer) Wetten; great-grandchildren, Brooke, Chance, Jackson; sisters, Joann (Doug) Vincent, Leona Platten; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Lorraine was preceded in death by her husband, Merlin; parents, Philip and Mabel; infant sister, Mary; in-laws, Arthur and Helena Lardinois; brother-in-law, Norm Platten.
Friends and family will gather at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., from 4pm to 6pm on Wednesday, October 22; Funeral Service to follow at 6pm. Burial will be in Fort Howard Memorial Park. To send online condolences, please go to www.BlaneyFuneralHome.com.
Thank you to Randy for all of the care given to mom. A special thank you to her sisters, Joann and Leona, and her niece, Sally for all their visits; these were so special to mom.
