Lillian "Lil" Bocik, 84, Allouez, passed away Thursday, December 29, 2022. She was born February 17, 1938, in Kenosha, WI to Walter and Elizabeth (Bobrick) Juzenas.

Lil graduated from Mary Bradford High School, in a class with a total of two people. After high school she met Julius Bocik and they were married on June 7, 1958 in Kenosha. During her working years she held a variety of positions many of them as a secretary for a variety of schools and banks.

Lil and Julius opened, owned, and operated the Hilltop Bar in New London. She enjoyed spending time at the Pink House on Lake George, reading books, and taking walks. She loved drives to Dairy Queen, popcorn, feeding her backyard animals and being with her family. While raising her seven children Lil continued to work hard at everything she did and made sure her children never went without. Her faith was important to her, all seven children went to private Catholic school. She led the rosary at McCormick Place, served Communion and volunteered at Bellin Hospital. Lil enjoyed community service and volunteered at St. Mary's Catholic Church in De Pere, Altrusa House, and St. John Homeless Shelter. Her selflessness knew no bounds, she always put others before herself, and was always willing to help those in need.

She is survived by her children, Raymond (Crickett) Bocik, Thomas (Jodi) Bocik, Richard (Barb) Bocik, Robert (Vicky) Bocik, Mark (Kim) Bocik, Theresa (James) Wegener, Susan (Steven) Salmi;  17 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren; siblings, Robert (Bonnie) Juzenas, Kathy (Carl Wolff) Juzenas; sister-in-law, Karen Juzenas; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
