Leah Anne (Renkens) Cousineau, 73, Green Bay, passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2023. She was born December 9, 1949, to Leo and Arlene (Dolly) Renkens.

She attended St. Joe's grade school. Leah Anne graduated from Green Bay West High School, Class of 1968. Leah Anne married Thomas Cousineau on April 24, 1976, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Green Bay. She worked many years with adults and children with special needs. First at Demes Rehabilitation Center and then as a Paraprofessional in the Green Bay Public School System. Leah Anne was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in the early 1990's, but that didn't deter her from helping 'her kids in need' at Webster School. Her grandchildren brought her joy and always a smile to her face. She loved them all "To the moon and back!"

Leah Anne is survived by her husband, Tom; sons, Kyle (Beth) Cousineau, Aaron (Emilie) Cousineau; grandchildren, Kiptyn Cousineau, Nolan Cousineau, Emryn Cousineau, Atlee Cousineau; brother, Kenneth (Valerie) Renkens; sister, Therese Buss; sister-in-law, Barbara Cousineau; several nieces and nephews.

Leah Anne was preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Arlene; parents-in-law, Ray and Rita Cousineau; brother, Joseph Renkens; brother-in-law, Raymond (Joe) Cousineau.

Our Family would like to extend special thanks to some special people that took care of Leah Anne. Especially Paula ... you gave her the best care she could have asked for. We will forever be grateful for what you did to make her happy and comfortable. You were indeed her best caregiver and friend. Thank You as well to the Green Bay Paramedics and to the Emergency Room staff at St. Mary's Hospital for all that you did.
