Lawrence "Larry" Carl Carter, 76, Green Bay, passed away Friday, May 12, 2023. He was born April 7, 1947, in Green Bay to Wesley and Nona (Reinhard) Carter.

Larry graduated from West High School, Class of 1966. He worked at Bay West Paper Company until he started Carter Painting and Wallpaper. Larry worked hard until his health forced him to stop working. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, and "tipping a few back on Wednesdays at The Bar." Larry was a sports fan and cheered on the Packers, Brewers, and Bucks. He loved spending time with his family and attended many family gatherings.

He is survived by his children, Paul Carter, Jared (Jessica) Carter; siblings, Roger (Dona) Carter, Gail (Harley) Challe, David (Terry) Carter; sister-in-law, Linda Carter; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Larry was preceded in death by his siblings, Jerry Carter, Donnie Carter, Kenny Carter, Sandra Carter; sister-in-law, Sharon Carter.
