Village of Howard - Laurie A. Long, 66, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, August 28, 2025 with family by her side. She was born April 10, 1959, in Green Bay to John and Vera (Kocha) Dalebroux.

Laurie graduated from Green Bay Southwest High School, Class of 1977. She met David "Shorty" Long in 1985 and on September 21, 1991, they were married in Green Bay. Over the years, they had three children and lots of pets!

Over the past 10 years, Laurie enjoyed working as an executive assistant for Discover Green Bay. She also spent over 20 years working at Procter and Gamble right out of high school. She was happiest spending time with her three children, her husband (prior to his passing in 2018), her pets, watching Jeopardy, mowing the lawn, taking care of her flowers, floating in her pool, and enjoying life amongst those she loved.

She is survived by her children, Hannah, Kaitlyn and Nick; sibling, Mike Dalebroux; brother-in-law, Pat Long; sisters-in-law, Alice Dalebroux, Val Dalebroux, Joyce Long, Kathy Long, Sue List, Margie Long; nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Laurie was preceded in death by her husband, David; parents, John and Vera; brothers, Gary Dalebroux, Rick Dalebroux; sister-in-law, Trudy Dalebroux; in-laws, Milton "Lefty" and Bernice "B.C." Long; brothers-in-law, Ron Long, Gary Long, Al Long; niece, Kim Long; nephew, Jeff Hirn.
