Landyn Walter Lensmire, infant son of Matthew and Melissa (Kurth) Lensmire, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, December 11, 2022.  Landyn was welcomed into this world on November 6, 2022 with much love and anticipation of what the future would hold for him. Being born at 25 weeks, his time on Earth was marked with courage and strength, he was our tough little fighter. Though his life was brief, his tiny hands touched so many hearts. His loved ones will remember him forever.

He will be sadly missed by his parents, Matt and Melissa and older brother, Cole Lensmire; his grandparents, Doug and Barb Kurth, Dan and Lisa Lensmire; aunts and uncles, Joey and Kristine, Tyler and Emily, Michael and Christin, Maria and Jake; great-grandparents, Liz Kurth, Carol Tews, Art and Betty Dietrich

He was met by his great grandparents, Alfred Kurth, Gerald and Patricia Tews, Lawrence and Agatha Lensmire; his uncles, Dustin White and Jeremy Fischer; and great-aunt, Sandy Tews.

Matt and Melissa would like to send a special thank you to the staff at St. Vincent's Hospital and Children's Hospital of Wisconsin for the wonderful care and love they provided to Landyn. In lieu, of flowers Matt and Melissa will be making a donation to Children's of Wisconsin.
