Lance "Sweatie" P. Hendricks passed away on Wednesday July 8, 2026. He was born on August 4, 1973, to Gary Gene and Rosemary (Thurlow) Hendricks.

He attended Danz Elementary School, Edison Middle School and Preble High School. He graduated in 1991 and met his long-term best friend, Randy Buhr. After high school, he started working at Mona-Lisa restaurant followed by The Old Zuider Zee Supper Club and Highland Howies Pub and Grill.

He enjoyed going fishing, camping on Shawano Lake and his road trips.

He is survived by his brother, Lenny Christopher; uncles and aunts, David Hendricks, Pat (Jim) Mackenzie, Sharon Konitzer, Debbie Powell, Kathy Hendricks, Dick Conrad, Gary (Sue) Thurlow, Larry Thurlow, Roy Paider; and many other relatives, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Lance is preceded in death by his father, Gary; Grandpa and Grandma Hendricks, Grandpa and Grandma Thurlow; aunts, MaryAnn Conrad, LoAnn Nelson, Lind (Loopy) Paider; and an uncle, Donald Thurlow.

We will all miss your smiling face. But now you're in a better place. Gods' arms will greet you at the Gates.
