Kim D. Stone, 71, De Pere, passed away Sunday, November 9, 2025. She was born December 28, 1953, in Green Bay, to Joseph Jake and Dolorous LaVerne (Hofeldt) Werchek.

Kim enjoyed cooking and baking. She worked in the Green Bay schools as a teacher. Kim had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone in need. Her family always joked that Kim loved her grandchildren more than her own.

She is survived by her one son, Joel Stone; international children, Alejandro Guzman of Mexico, Maya Kishida of Japan and Canada, Jesper Voldby of Denmark; grandchildren, Aspen Veeser, Otto Stone; best friend and seester, Paula Vallier; and many nieces and nephews.

Kim was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Dolorous.
