Kerry Glenn Whitman, 70, Abrams, passed away Saturday, July 27, 2024. He was born January 13, 1954, in Wilmington, Delaware to Clayton and Doris (McClusky) Whitman.
Kerry grew up in an Army family. When he was young, they moved to Guam, then Germany before finally settling in Wisconsin. Kerry graduated from Green Bay Southwest High School. After graduation he joined the U.S. Navy and served from 1972 to 1976. He was stationed at Pearl Harbor and on the USS Haddock. Following his honorable discharge he returned to Green Bay. In the summer of 1976, he met the love of his life, Theresa Wagner. On August 27, 1977, they were married at St. John Cantus Catholic Church in Sobieski. In 2001 he and Teri built a home in Abrams. Kerry retired from Fairchild machinery in 2019 where he was a road serviceman for lift trucks. He enjoyed hunting, vegetable gardening, fishing on his boat, and working on computers. Most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Teri; daughters, Alexis (Brian) Krieck, Kylei Whitman; grandchildren, Isebella Whitman, Zander Kreick, Jack Winans, Tucker Winans; sister, Patricia (Mike) Hewitt; sisters-in-law, Lillian Whitman, Nancy Whitman, Debbie (Steve) Barlament, Pamela (Dan) Detample, Jennifer (Chuck) Bartell; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Kerry was preceded in death by his parents, Clayton and Doris; brothers, Wayne Whitman, William Whitman; sister, Kathleen (Charles) Cleveland.
