Kathleen Marie Posluszny, 79, Green Bay, passed away July 30, 2024 at St. Vincent Hospital. She was born July 9, 1945 at Fort Sheridan Army Base in IL to Walter and Phyllis Posluszny.

Kathy attended Tremble School, St. Joseph's Academy and NWTI. She worked at C. Reiss Coal, Valentine Fish, and was a devout babysitter for the Kellam girls, finally moving to St. Vincent Hospital for a long 54 year career in the financial office.
She was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church Council and held positions at the Daughter of Isabella. Kathleen enjoyed her pets, crafts, softball and mainly, being the best big sister to Patty.

She is survived by her sister, Patty Barrett; her four very special girls, Julie VanLaanen, Mary Kellam, Terri Hansen and godchild Leanne Kellam.
Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Phyllis; brother-in-law, Jim Barrett; as well as many other fur babies.

Family and friends will gather at St. Benedicts Catholic Church, 3370 Deerfield Ln., from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 5; Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11:00 a.m. Burial will take place at St. Benedict Catholic Cemetery.
