Judy A. Sundling-Dahn, 64, Sturgeon Bay, passed away at Aurora Baycare Hospital in Green Bay on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 after a brief illness. She was born December 9, 1959, in Ravenna, OH to Richard and Nancy Sundling.

After relocating from Ohio, she spent many years in Nahma, MI. Judy graduated from Big Bay de Noc High School and was a prolific member of the 'Nahma Gang'. Shortly after graduation, Judy relocated to Sturgeon Bay, WI, and started her career as a welder for Bay Shipbuilding. After several years, Judy moved on to become a machinist for Emerson Electric in Sturgeon Bay. She loved to watch Law and Order SVU. Judy would watch re-runs for hours with her dog, Marley.

Judy's greatest joy in life was spending time with her daughter and grandchildren. Judy was very passionate and involved with everything her grandkids wanted to do.

In 2007, Judy met her longtime fiancé, Bill Walls. They both enjoyed many happy years together. Judy always appreciated all the time he was there and his dedication and devotion to her.

Judy was able to help two families by being an organ donor. Judy was a wonderful mother, sister, and friend. She will be greatly missed by all.

Judy is survived by her fiancé, Bill Walls of Sturgeon Bay, WI; former husband, Joe Dahn of Escanaba, MI; daughter, Sara (Sam Paschke) Dickerson of Algoma, WI; grandchildren, Brandon Jr., Jaicee, and Joseph all of Algoma, WI, and Nolan Walls of Valmy, WI; brother, Richard "Mannie" Sundling of Rock, MI; sisters, Lisa (Mike Lasecki) Hamilton of Wells, MI, Debbie (Tim) Kowalefski of Wauwatosa, WI; niece, Samantha Sundling; nephews, Lucas (Jenna) Sundling, Zachary (Addy St. Aubin) Hamilton, Joey Deloria, Patricia Skinner, Jeremy Walls, Aime Walls; aunts, Judy Berdquist, June Bulinski.

Our family would like to express our appreciation to Judy's doctors, nurses, and staff for all the amazing care that they provided Judy. A special thank you to Samantha Sundling for going ABOVE AND BEYOND with your help and support for Aunt Judy and all the family.
