Joshua "Josh" Lindahl Peterson, age 52, of Green Bay passed away at home on February 27, 2026.

He was born on May 3, 1973, in Green Bay, Wisconsin, to Karl and Bonnie (Nicol) Peterson.

Josh graduated from West High School in 1991 and earned a B.A. in Religion from Luther College in 1995. He graduated with a Master of Divinity from Gettysburg Lutheran Seminary in 1999.

Joshua loved his family. He also considered himself an amateur wordsmith and enjoyed playing Words with Friends and other games with many treasured friends and family. Josh was an avid Packers fan. He also spent family time travelling around the country and at the cabin up north.

He is survived by his parents, sister Sara Ehrets (Ben) and nephew Odin. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and many friends.
