Joan Catherine Williams, 84, Green Bay, Wisconsin, passed away Thursday, June 25, 2026. She was born June 1, 1942, in Green Bay to Felix and Marie (Beemster) Coopmans.

Joan graduated from West High School, Class of 1961. She married the love of her life, Ronald Joseph Williams on July 29, 1967 at Annunciation Catholic Church. Joan and Ron became partners in life and work. Joan worked the payroll, billing, and did all of the bookkeeping for Scenic View Landscape and Garden Center their family owned and operated business. Together they shared a love for gardening. Joan and Ron loved, cared for, tended to and encouraged the growth of their beloved children and grandchildren as well as their flowers and vegetables. They canned, froze, and ate many vegetables. The whole family enjoyed the many vegetables they grew. As a family they enjoyed fishing and Friday fish frys. Joan especially enjoyed fishing with Ron on the lake he had dug and dubbed Lake Joan.

She is survived by her son, John (Darla) Williams; son-in-law, John Hallee; grandchildren, Alex Hallee, Justin Hallee; identical twin sister, Claire (Dave) Roffers; nephews, Jeff Roffers, Steve Roffers; siblings-in-law, Gloria Oudenhoven, Judy Williams, Richard Williams, Judy Nachtwey, Jim Williams, Jean Kerscher; extended family and friends.

Joan was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald; daughter, Ann; parents, Felix and Marie; parents-in-laws, Ben and Helen Williams; brothers-in-law, Thomas Williams, Jerry Williams, Norb Oudenhoven, Jim Nachtwey, Tony Kerscher.

Friends and family will gather at SS. Edward & Isidore Parish, 3667 Flintville Rd., from 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 30; Mass to follow at 2:00 PM. Entombment will be at Fort Howard Memorial Park. To send online condolences, please go to www.BlaneyFuneralHome.com.
