Jeffrey Gerard Martens

Jeffrey "Jeff" Gerard Martens, 64, Bonduel, Wisconsin, passed away Sunday, September 27, 2026 with his children by his side. He was born January 31, 1962, in Green Bay to Donald "Don" and Anna "Fern" (Krejcarek) Martens.

Jeff graduated from Pulaski High School, in 1980 and earned a degree in teaching from UW - Stevens Point. In December of 2005 Jeff married Sherri (nee, Rhoades) Neff. She preceded him in death in 2014. Together they raised a blended family of five gorgeous children and celebrated nine years of marriage. Jeff spent some time in Colorado teaching disabled individuals how to ski. For many years he was employed with WPS and later was a special education teacher for the Oneida Nation School System. Jeff enjoyed sports, especially golf, fishing, hunting and was passionate about teaching others.

He is survived by his children, Sheena, Jessica (Max) Adams, Clifford (Zac) Ash-Neff, Owen (Emily) Neff, Alexandra (Evan) Gagas; grandchildren, Aurora, Kali, Charles, Mya, Cameron; father, Don; siblings, Nanci Martens, Dean (Linda) Martens, Cathy (Gregg Gretzinger) Freis, Cindy (Steve) Hughes, Linda Brown, James Martens, Michele (Phil) Hofer; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Jeff was preceded in death by his wife, Sherri Neff-Martens; mother, Anna; brother, Daniel Martens; nephew, Neal Prosek.

Friends and family will gather at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 2597 Glendale Ave., (The entrance is directly across from BP gas station on Glendale Ave.) from 9:30am to 11:30am on Monday, October 5; Mass to follow at 11:30am.
