Jeffrey “Jeff” Bielski, 61, Green Bay, passed away Monday, August 10, 2026 after a short battle with cancer. He was born January 20, 1965, in Green Bay to Eugene and Patricia (Borremans) Bielski.

Jeff graduated from West High School, Class of 1983. Shortly after graduation he married his high school sweetheart Beth Nielsen on April 9, 1988. Together they raised three exceptional kids, Ashley, Nicole, and Josh. Raising a family was Jeff’s greatest joy. He was a very loving husband, dad, and grandpa. Everyone who knew Jeff knew he was down-to-earth, big-hearted, humble and all-around good person. He loved spending time with family and friends, especially at the family cottage. Up north at the family cottage was his happy place. Jeff also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and cooking. He loved spending time in the backyard with his dog, Zoey. Sundays he enjoyed watching the Packers and NASCAR.

He worked for over 20 years with asphalt for several companies including Daffinson, Asphalt Seal and Repair, Asphalt Specialist, and Fahrner Asphalt. Jeff spent seven years driving truck for Halron before transitioning to a job with Brown County Parks until finally settling into a job with the City of Green Bay Sanitation.

He is survived by his wife, Beth; children, Ashley (Ryan) Ziegler, Nicole (fiancé, Gavin Henn) Bielski, Josh (special friend, Siera Helgeson) Bielski; grandchildren, Carson Bielski, Braylee Ziegler, Scarlett Ziegler, Cade Bentley; siblings, Cathy Scray, Linda (Mike) Whitman, Chris (Pam) Bielski, Mike (Sue) Bielski; brother-in-law, Robert "Bobby" (special friend, Beth) Nielsen; sister-in-law, Tracey Nielsen; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Patricia Bielski; brother-in-law, Rick Scray; parents-in-law, William and Kathleen Nielsen.
