Driven by a desire for knowledge and advancement, she later earned her MBA from UW - Oshkosh. Jean applied her expertise in hematology during her years at St. Mary's Hospital and NWTC. In her retirement, she channeled her entrepreneurial spirit into opening "All Things Considered," a beloved store in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, where she shared her passion for unique and meaningful finds with the community.

Her faith was the cornerstone of her life, and she was an active member of her church. A woman of generosity and kindness, Jean engaged with various clubs, including PEO, book clubs, and birthday clubs, and tirelessly volunteered at schools, church events, and local food pantries. Jean's warmth was evident in her ability to make everyone feel important and welcome. Her selflessness and willingness to help those in need were hallmarks of her character that touched the lives of many.

In her personal life, Jean was deeply devoted to her family. Her greatest joy was the time spent with her daughter, son-in-law, her precious grandson, and her siblings. She embodied love and faith, virtues she considered the greatest gifts bestowed upon her by the Holy Spirit.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Residence by Rennes and to Julie and Nicole, whose unwavering kindness over the years provided Jean with comfort and care during her illness. Their support meant the world to Jean and her family.
