Jean Mary Dillon, 93, Green Bay, died Thursday, January 12, 2023. She was born April 9, 1929, to Rufus H. and Frances C. (Gallery) Walsh.

She married John Dillon on October 28, 1950, at Annunciation Catholic Church. Jean and John moved while John was in the Navy. They lived all over the United States, and in their travels they met and made friends from all over the country. Jean was an accomplished watercolor artist and enjoyed reading. She was a former member of Auxiliary of Letter Carriers.

Jean was a dedicated parishioner at St. Jude for many years, served funeral lunches, sang in the choir and served on the prayer vine. Jean was also very proud to be an associate of The Sisters of St. Francis of the Holy Cross. She was always a very hospitable person.

Jean is survived by her children, Kathy (Bob) Decker, Pat (Barb) Dillon; a daughter-in-law Michelle Dillon; grandchildren Kevin (Melissa) Decker, and their children Dylan and Nolan, John (Renee) Decker, and their children Austin, Genevieve, and Evelyn, Mathew (Amanda) Decker, and their daughter Katherine, Nathan (Alyssa) Dillon, and their son Owen, Sean (Polina) Dillon, and their son Felix, Hannah (Ryan) Fitzgerald, and their children Henry and Maisie, Molly Dillon; a brother, Paul (Sandy) Walsh; a sister, Marilyn Colburn; a sister-in-law, Carolyn Walsh; and brothers-in-law, George (Susan) Dillon, Jim Dillon.

Jean was preceded in death by her daughter, Jeanne Ann Dornaus; her son, Mike Dillon; her husband, John; a grandson, Rodger Lee Dillon; her parents, a brother, Donald Walsh; her parents-in-law, Fred and Hazel Dillon; and a brother-in-law, Ted Colburn.

In lieu of flowers and plants, memorials can be made to The Sisters of St. Francis of the Holy Cross, 3110 Nicolet Drive, Green Bay, WI, 54311.

Friends may call at St. Jude Catholic Church at 1420 Division St. Green Bay, from 9:30 to 11 am  on Friday, January 20, 2023. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. with Fr.
