Janice M. "Jan" Seiler, 82, Green Bay, passed away Monday, August 11, 2025. She was born July 2, 1943, in Oconto, WI to Lawrence and Lucille (Dodds) Speller.
Jan moved to Green Bay to work at ACNielsen Co. She later worked at ManorCare and was employed there for over 30 years. While at a tavern Jan met the love of her life, Tracy. Not only did her future husband meet Jan that night but also her parents. They married on September 17, 1966. In her younger years Jan enjoyed bowling. She never tired of going out with her friends to lunches, attending birthday dinners, and every Friday having dinner with Tracy and his family. Jan loved to watch soap operas and her programs on television, getting her hair done weekly, gardening, and watching the deer and turkeys in her backyard.
She is survived by her husband, Tracy; children, Rick (Valerie) Seiler, Heidi (Russ) Rice; siblings-in-law, Joan Speller, Gary Lockstein, Jim (Pat) Seiler, Pamela Gantz, Steve Seiler, Mark Seiler, Janelle Olinger, Jill (Stuart) Popp; other relatives, and friends.
Jan was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Lucille; brother, Pete Speller; sister, Diane Lockstein.
Friends and family will gather at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 2597 Glendale Ave., (The entrance is directly across from BP gas station on Glendale Ave.) from 10 am to 11:30 am on Thursday, August 14; Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11:30 am with Rev.
