Friends and family will gather at Resurrection Catholic Church, 333 Hilltop Dr., from 9am to 11am on Tuesday, April 7; Mass to follow at 11am. Entombment will be in Allouez Chapel Mausoleum. To send online condolences, please go to www.BlaneyFuneralHome.com.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in Jan's name.

Jan's family would like to give a special thank you to all the Unity Hospice staff for their guidance, care, and compassion throughout this time. They are all the most amazing people. We'd also like to thank all the staff and residents at Woodside Villa's. There are no words to express how much you meant to Mom and how much you meant to all of us.

As some people journey through life, they leave footprints of kindness, love, courage, and compassion. Even though mom is gone, the trail she has left behind will continue to inspire us. "Love you to the moon and back Mom!"
