Jane Ellen (Larsen) Werner, 99, of Green Bay, WI passed away Thursday, January 15, 2026. She was born November 26, 1926, in Green Bay to Harvey and Anna (Hansen) Larsen.

Jane grew up and attended school in Denmark, WI. She married Otto "Chips" Werner on July 20, 1945, in Waukegan, IL. Otto preceded her in death on April 28, 1981. Jane worked at H.C. Prange for over 30 years, waitressed at a variety of restaurants, and continued working well into her 80s. She was a longtime member of the American Legion Auxiliary and the United Patriotic Society. Jane enjoyed needlepoint, reading, and chatting with the residents and staff at Woodside Lutheran Home. She cherished time spent with her family and especially babies.

She is survived by her children, Leo (Barb) Werner, Donna (Paul) Boehm, Debra Senechal, and Kevin (Debbie) Werner; eight grandchildren, Brenda (Derek) Manders, April (Gordon) Schultz, Shawn (Laurel) Werner, Paula (Brock) Purslow, Ryan (Erica) Boehm, Adam (Ashley) Werner, Amanda (Brandon) Crooks, and Aaron (Chelsea) Werner; eighteen great-grandchildren, and sixteen great-great-grandchildren.

Jane was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Anna Larsen; her husband, Otto Werner; her sister, Retha (Lester) Lewins; her brothers, Leonard (Marion) Larsen and Harley (Vicky) Larsen; her son-in-law, Ed Senechal; and her grandchild, Brian Edward Werner.

Friends and family will gather at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., Green Bay, WI 54303, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 22, 2026, with the service to follow at 11:30 a.m. Entombment will take place at Nicolet Memorial Gardens.
