Jane M. Meehan, 89, Green Bay, passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2024. She was born May 26, 1935, in Green Bay to Clarence and Teresa (Peppard) Dupuis.

Jane graduated from St. Joseph Girls Academy, Class of 1953. She married Robert "Bob" Meehan on April 19,1958 at St. Matthew Catholic Church. He preceded her in death on August 31, 2008. Jane worked at the Brown County Library in Child Services and Administration for 28 years. Prior to her job at the library, she worked at Northern Paper Mills. She was an avid Packer fan and enjoyed golfing and traveling with Bob. Jane looked forward to attending her card club every Wednesday, fish frys on Friday night and church and breakfast with her friends on Sunday. She was an active member of the Green Bay Women's club and the Moose Lodge.

She is survived by her children, Susan (Mark) Navratil, Appleton, Julie Topping, Orlando, FL, Melissa (Steven) Trepanier, Suring; grandchildren, Aaron (Jennifer) Navratil, Joseph (Tobi) Navratil, Stephanie (James) Jozwiak, Christina (Nicholas) Sawasky; great-grandchildren, Henry Navratil, Ava Navratil, Ada Sawasky; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

In addition to her husband, Bob, Jane was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Ross Topping; parents, Clarence and Teresa; siblings, Harold, Robert, and Kathleen.

Friends and family will gather at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 1484 9th St., from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Tuesday, August 27; Mass to follow at 11 a.m. with Rev. Patrick C. Beno officiating.
