James "Jim" Charles Zoll, Green Bay, 80, passed away September 5, 2025. He was born November 4, 1944, in Green Bay, to Martin Aloysius and Ernestine (Neumann) Zoll.

Jim graduated from West High School in 1963. He met his future wife, Joyce DeBoth while in kindergarten and the two married on September 12, 1964. Together they went on to have three loving children. Jim had attended UW - Whitewater for a year before starting his career as a delivery driver for UPS. He was a proud employee for over 34 years before his retirement. Jim went through life with a love and trust for God that was unwavering. He was an active member of St. Joseph's Parish and frequently volunteered to help with church booyah cookouts, booster club fundraisers, and wherever help was needed. Jim was also a long-time dedicated volunteer with Love Life Ministry whose services were especially important to him. He enjoyed fishing and spending time in his garden. Jim loved football and had a deep love for the Packers. His father, Martin had played for the Packers in 1919, and Jim played through high school. He had a youthful personality and loved teaching. Jim coached several basketball teams over the years and was always the favorite coach. He loved to help his family and friends. Jim was always the playful and fun dad and grandpa.

Jim is survived by his wife, Joyce; children, Lisa (George) Scheppmann, Sara (Steve) Draeger; daughter-in-law, Rosalie Zoll; grandchildren, Brittany, Maggie, Alex, Abby, Bridgette, Max, Anna, Hannah, Isabelle, Brooklyn; great-grandchildren, Jacob James, Charlie, Emmy; sisters, Kitty (Cyril) Blinstrub, Patricia Anderson; sister-in-law, Theresa DeBoth; brother-in-law, Dave Andre; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Jim was preceded in death by his son, Gregg Zoll; infant daughter, Bridget, parents, Martin and Ernestine; sister, Nancy Blinstrub; brother, Thomas Zoll.

Friends and family will gather at St. Joseph Parish, corner of Ninth St. and 12th Ave., from 10am to 11am on Saturday, September 20; Memorial Service to follow at 11am. To send online condolences, please go to www.BlaneyFuneralHome.com .

In lieu of flowers, the family lovingly invites gifts to be directed toward Jim's passion, Love Life Ministries. This ministry provides diapers, formula, layettes, baby and toddler clothing, and furniture to families in need. By supporting this cause, you not only bless families within our community, but also help carry forward Jim's legacy of generosity, compassion, and steadfast care for others. The family would be especially grateful for contributions of children's clothing (sizes 12 months to 3T, new or gently worn) and diapers in sizes 4, 5, and 6, ensuring that little ones—so dear to Jim's heart—are clothed, comforted, and cared for. For those who wish to participate, a donation box will be available at the funeral, as well as at the home of Jim's daughter, Sara. Together, in honoring Jim, we continue the work he so passionately embraced—lifting up others and blessing families in need.
