James "Jim" Blaine Todd, 89, Green Bay, passed away on Sunday May 19, 2024. He was born on September 25, 1934 in Elroy, WI and was raised by his grandmother, Dora Snyder.

Jim married Suzanne (Thirion) Van Hout in 1986 at the Green Bay Salvation Army Chapel. He worked as a machinist at Elko in Illinois. Jim enjoyed working with his hands, building projects. He was a fantastic wood worker and took a lot of pride in his garden. Jim also loved to sing and play guitar.

He is survived by his wife, Suzanne; his children, Sandy Perry, Judy (Julie Berglund) Harshman, Hank (Elaine) Todd, Rita Ostrander; 10 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; his stepchildren, Brian Van Hout, Bob Van Hout, Troy (Barb Anderson) Van Hout, Terry (Bonnie) Van Hout; and nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Jim was preceded in death by his grandmother, Dora Snyder; his son, Charlie Todd; two sons-in-law, Brent Perry, Rick Connett; and his first wife, Marv (Mislivcek) Todd; brothers, Donald "Sonny", Richard, and Harland.
