Isabella Mae Horn

Isabella Mae Horn (nee Duffy) passed away peacefully at the age of 91 on June 21, 2026, in Green Bay Wisconsin. Born in Philadelphia on June 20, 1935, to Lily S. McLeod and Hugh John Duffy Jr., she spent most her life in Milwaukee and Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Isabella was the beloved wife of the late Donald Richard Horn, with whom she shared 54 years of marriage. Loving mother of Michael (Gloria) Horn of Green Bay, Wisconsin, Sandie (Dale) Karch of The Villages, Florida, Patrick (Caroline) Horn of Fitchburg, Wisconsin. Cherished grandmother of Christina (Jose), Michael (Carrie), Daniel, Andrew (Erica), Matthew, Johnathan (Jenn), Heidi (Tyler), Sacha (Nils).

Adored great-grandmother of Margarita, Mercedes (Andrew), Roman, Lila, Sadie, Emily, Ava, Vision, Isabella, Alexa, Margaret, Micah, Luca, and Elodie. Loving great-great-grandmother to Owen and Quill.

Isabella is preceded in death by her husband Donald and her loving sister Barbara, a brother, and her parents. Cherished aunt of Daryl (Kim) Lueck, and Kim Wasielewski and many nieces/nephews who loved her dearly. Fondly remembered by many friends and family for her wonderful cookies! Her hobbies included knitting with her church friends, crocheting with grandchildren and quilting with her sister.

Isabella belonged to St. Paul's United Church of Christ - Erin.
