Howard "Howie" F. Laluzerne, 88, Green Bay, passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at St. Vincent Hospital. He was born May 3, 1936, outside of Menominee, MI to Elmer and Elzine (Shampo) Laluzerne.

Howie married Ellen N. "Ellie" De Lair in 1979. She preceded him in death on January 10, 2014. Together they raised their son, Jason and Ellen's son, James Kazik. Howie served in the Army Engineering Corps. He worked for KI for over 40 years until his retirement in 1998. Howie was an avid sports fan, especially of the Packers, Brewers, and Badgers. He lived a life of quiet kindness and generosity.

He is survived by his sons, Jamie and Jason; grandchildren, Cole Bowers, McKenna Niedert, Isaiah Kazik, McKinlee Kazik; great grandchildren; sister, Darleen Schraub; nieces and nephews, Stacey Schraub, Sara Clark, Amy Klatkiewicz, Scott Schraub, and their significant others; great nieces and nephews; many relatives through his late wife; dear friend and adoptive daughter, Tara.

Howard was preceded in death by his wife, Ellie; parents, Elmer and Elzine; grandson, Austin Kazik; aunts, uncles, cousins including Richard "Dick" Gignac.
