Gwynn E. Vetter-Larson, 81, Green Bay, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2026. She was born May 11, 1945, in Manitowoc to Lester and Marcella (Lehman) Siebold.

Gwynn graduated from Lincoln High School and went on to attend NWTC. She graduated with her RN Degree. Gwynn married Douglas Vetter on May 18, 1963. He preceded her in death on January 2, 1992. For over 18 years, Gwynn worked at Woodside Lutheran Home in rehab and long-term care. She retired in 2016.

She is survived by her children, Tammy (Mark) Welles, Kurt Vetter; grandchildren, Jennifer (Kenny) Hurley, James (Tara) Welles, Catherine (Josh) Taylor, Stephanie Welles, Erich (Jetta) Rahlf; great-grandchildren, Kendall Hurley, Jaxon Hurley, Elise Welles, Ellaria Rahlf; siblings, Roger (Kathy) Siebold, Michael (Diane) Siebold; sister-in-law, Robbie Huss; many special nieces and nephews as well as their families, and numerous friends.

Gwynn was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas; parents, Lester and Marcella; parents-in-law, Elmer and Genevieve Vetter; siblings-in-law, Gloria (Arnold) Schmidt.
